At the December Leadership Meeting for the Central and Southeast Regions, we recognize several top performers in the Kitchen Exhaust Division.  Among the requirements are areas that include dedication to fire and life safety, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, consistency in meeting production goals, consistency in staffing and retention, low or no injuries or accidents as well as an attitude of team work amongst operations, support and management teams.

Awarded were Lee Swanick, Sean Feezel and Troy Dye.

Lee Swanick, Chicago Region Branch Manager, was awarded the Most Valuable Player Award for outstanding results in consistently meeting goals, completing production, maintaining team member/full staffing, as well as his dedication to fire safety through support and assistance to other branches and a spirit of team work and mentoring.

Sean Feezel, Milwaukee Branch Manager, was awarded the Most Improved Branch Award for increases in retention, maintaining team members and full staffing, as well as for increases in production for his branch.

Troy Dye, Nashville Branch Manager, was awarded the Takin Care of Business Award for his outstanding results in meeting goals, ramping up staffing to take on new growth, consistently meeting goals as well as expanding out to manage the Atlanta branch as well as developing and further staffing the Huntsville branch.

We are very proud of the efforts of all branch managers, team members, support staff and management teams for the outstanding growth in 2016 and path toward sustained growth in 2017.  We are nothing without our people, and our people are what make the difference every day in the fire and life safety of every single one of our valued customers.  We look forward to a positive year ahead and continued award worthy work of these and all our team members.
